North Carolina Human Trafficking Commission
The North Carolina Human Trafficking Commission (NC HTC) is North Carolina's legislatively mandated leader of anti-human trafficking efforts pursuant to S.L. 2013-368. Housed within and staffed by the North Carolina Judicial Branch, the Commission leads multidisciplinary efforts across the state to address both sex trafficking and labor trafficking.
